Name: Rhys (Pronounced like Reese)
Faction: The Rebellion; Demolitionist
Background:
Rhys, a Vaporeon, lost his family at the age of seven. Rhys was told by a mysterious stranger that Karlatta had something to do with his family's death. Rhys joined the Rebellion in order to find out the truth. If Karlatta had some hand in his family's death like he was told, then Rhys is determined to take her life. If not, then Rhys will leave the Rebellion and try to find out more about his family's death by himself.
Rhys is liked by everyone on his team due to his bright personality. He always jokes around and is the comic relief of his teamates.
Although Rhys uses the guns and weapons provided by the Rebellion, he also has a special power within him. He can control water to his will. He has never told anyone about this in fear that he will be thrown out.
I know the background is so darn plain and ugh!! But, I didn't have enough time to anything fancy with it. There are supposed to be in a room. A very very veryyyyyyy darkkkk room.

Also, in this picture, Rhys is trying to convince Kerras, the Absol, to join the Rebellion because he is impressed with Kerras's strength and intelligence.
